Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Marseille, France, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights under EU law.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT for EU customers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities of any item.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or suspected fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

All payments — physical and digital products (including RESET) — are processed by Shopify Payments. RESTORED™ never stores your full payment card details.

Intellectual property

All content on restoredwear.com — including text, images, artwork, audio, and branding — is owned by RESTORED™ or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell content from this site without written permission.

Digital products

Purchase of a digital product (such as RESET) grants you a personal, non-transferable licence for individual use. You may not share, redistribute, or resell the materials.

Digital products are not supplied as downloadable files. Purchase grants your RESTORED™ account access to a private online library, keyed to the email address used at checkout. You must create or sign in to an account with that email address to access it. Access is granted for the lifetime of the product; we will give reasonable notice if a work is ever retired.

Because digital access is supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that item, as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RESTORED™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
