Do I need any meditation experience?

No. You do not need previous meditation experience to use RESTORED™ practices. Each practice guides you through what to do.

Is RESTORED™ a subscription?

No. Individual paid practices are one-time purchases. There is no recurring subscription charge for access to them.

Do I need an account before buying?

No. You can purchase first and sign in to My Library afterwards.

Can I change my chosen practice before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your cart shows the practice you selected before checkout. You can remove it or return to Practices and choose another.

How do I get my practice after buying?

Accepted Answer

After checkout, sign in to My Library using the same email address you used for your purchase. Your purchased practice will be available there. Monthly Reflection works a little differently: your purchase gives you access to the interactive Monthly Reflection in My Library, where you can complete the current month and return to your previous monthly reflections over time.

What does permanent access mean?

Once purchased, your practice remains available to you through My Library without needing to repurchase it. Digital practices are accessed online. Nothing physical is shipped.

I bought a practice but cannot see it in My Library. What should I do?

First check that you are signing in with the same email address you used at checkout. If the practice still does not appear, contact RESTORED™ so the purchase can be checked.

Are RESTORED™ practices medical or psychological treatment?

No. RESTORED™ practices are designed for everyday emotional wellbeing and reflection. They are not medical or psychological treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental-health condition. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health condition, symptoms that concern you, or ongoing distress, consult a physician or other qualified healthcare professional for appropriate advice and care.

Can I use an audio practice while driving?

No. Use audio practices somewhere you can safely give them your attention. Do not use them while driving or while doing anything that requires your full attention.

What if I am in crisis rather than simply stressed or overwhelmed?

RESTORED™ practices are not crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an acute medical or mental-health crisis, contact your local emergency service, crisis service or qualified healthcare professional immediately.

Who can see what I write in Monthly Reflection?

Your Monthly Reflection entries are connected to your authenticated account and form part of your private My Library experience.

Does RESTORED™ use my reflection answers to recommend products automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Your reflection is there to help you notice what is happening for you. RESTORED™ does not automatically prescribe a product from your answers. At the end, you remain free to explore the practices and choose what meets you there.

What is the difference between PAUSE and 0 Stress?

Accepted Answer

PAUSE helps you notice the moment you are in. 0 Stress is for moments when what is happening feels like too much. It uses a guided breathing practice to help you recenter and meet what comes next from a different state.

Are headphones recommended?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Headphones or earphones are recommended for the intended listening experience, particularly for audio practices recorded in stereo. They are recommended rather than required, so a practice can still be used through device speakers.

What if a practice feels ordinary rather than profound?

Accepted Answer

That is fine. A practice does not have to produce a dramatic experience to be worthwhile. Some sessions may feel noticeably different; others may simply give you a few minutes to pause, notice and be with what is already there.
